Thank you for selecting
Kenosha Country Club as the venue for your function. The information below
will assist you in planning your event and become familiar with Kenosha
Country Club policies.
The general Clubhouse attire is casual dress in good taste. It is the
responsibility of all members, guests and users of the Club to comply with
the Club Dress Code. The Board of Directors of Kenosha Country Club
have instructed the Club Staff to inform all dress code violators that they
are prohibited from using the Club. Tee shirts, halters, cut-offs, baggy
clothes or offensive clothing of any nature are not allowed. Denim is
allowed in the Clubhouse, but not on the golf course. Shoes must be worn at
Kenosha Country Club prohibits the serving of any food or beverage on our
premises that is not purchased from Kenosha Country Club, with the exception of cakes
and pastries from licensed bakeries. Due to
strict health regulations, any food ordered through the Club cannot be
removed from the premises after the event. Any other exceptions require the
expressed written consent from the Club.
accordance with Wisconsin State Law, the Club will not allow any persons
less than 21 years of age to be served alcoholic beverages. Kenosha
Country Club is required to request valid identification (photo ID) of
any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverage service if
the person is either underage or if valid identification cannot be
produced. If minors are caught drinking, both parents/guardians and the
minor(s) involved will be asked to leave Kenosha Country Club property.
All guests must have a valid photo ID if they plan to consume or
purchase alcoholic beverages, including the wedding party.
In accordance with Wisconsin State Law, no liquor will
knowingly be sold or consumed on Kenosha Country Club
property by any person who, in the opinion of appropriate Staff, is or
appears to be possibly impaired.
No one will be allowed to bring alcohol on the premises.
Doing so will result in the immediate ejection from the property and
possible discontinuation of the event. In accordance with state liquor
laws, alcohol is not allowed to leave the premises.
Due to fluctuating market conditions, menus and prices are subject to change
without notice. Firm food and beverage prices are quoted 60 days
prior to the function, if requested. No later than two weeks prior to your
event, please inform the KCC Event Coordinator of your choice of entree, and
specifics relating to your function, as well as your estimated number of
guests. Due to strict health regulations, any food ordered through the Club
cannot be removed from the premises after the event.
For sit-down meals, there is a limit of two entrée selections. An additional
charge of $1.00 per person will be applied for each additional entrée
offered. All groups choosing more than one entrée require place cards with
menu selections. These cards are to be furnished by the customer.
The final charge will be based on the greatest of the following: the
guaranteed food and beverage minimum or the actual number of guests in
Country Club reserves the right to make a final count on the day of the
event in order to confirm the number of guests in attendance. Please note,
taxes, gratuities and cash bars are not credited towards any hosted food/or
beverage minimums (when applicable).
Tax and Service
Menu prices do not include tax or service charge. Food and beverage
items are charged a mandatory service charge of 17.5%. Food, beverages and service charges are subject to a sales tax of
5.5% in accordance with state and county law.
Any group with tax-exempt status must provide a certificate to Kenosha
Country Club 72 hours
prior to the function.
Payments and Billing
A signed banquet agreement and deposit are required to
confirm your function date and time.
schedules vary for each event, however all events must have the
estimated balance paid in full 10 days prior to the event. If for any
reason payment is delayed by 30 days or more, a 10% late fee will be
charged. All deposits will be applied to the final bill.
A corporate direct bill may be set up. Arrangements for payment will be made
according to previous payment history. All functions requesting this service
are required to fill out a credit application 30 days prior to the
event. Social functions are not eligible for direct billing.
Kenosha Country Club requires all cancellation notices be in writing.
Cancellations that take place 8 months or longer from the date of the
event will have 80% of their deposit refunded only if Kenosha Country
Club is able to re-book another function at the required room
minimum. If cancellation takes place less than 8 months prior to the event,
no refund will be granted.
Decorations, Entertainment and Outside Services
Floral arrangements, decorations, place cards, napkins, bands, DJís, etc.
may be brought into the Club with managementís approval. It is
specifically understood that decorations, signage, and other such and
similar items will not be attached in any manner to the walls, doors or
structures of any part of the building. Decorating with confetti or glitter
is prohibited. Direct shipments, special handling, set-up of displays, etc.
must be prearranged with the KCC Event Coordinator. Coordination and charges of
storage, loading, unloading and exhibit set-up is the responsibility of the
patron. The delivery of cakes, flowers, etc., must be prearranged with the
KCC Event Coordinator no less than 72 hours prior to the function.
Rental and Music
Any intended use of the audio/visual equipment must be arranged with the
KCC Event Coordinator no less than seventy two 72 hours prior to the function. The Business
Office must be notified 48 hours in advance for any cancellation of
equipment. You will be charged for any lost or stolen equipment rented for
your event. Kenosha Country Club has the right to control the volume of all
music, and music will be stopped at midnight.
Closing and Departure Time
Failure to vacate the premises in a neat and clean condition, requiring only
vacuuming, no later than the date and time agreed upon, will authorize
Kenosha Country Club to charge the patron labor charges for the removal of
decoration, exhibit or display refuse. Evening functions will have a last
call at 11:30pm, with service ending no later than midnight.
and Hold Harmless
The event coordinator is responsible for the proper conduct of all guests. The event contact is liable for any damages to any person or the facility
(including golf course or equipment) caused by their guests and will be
billed for damages incurred.
Kenosha Country Club will be held harmless for any and all damages and
destruction, including theft or mysterious disappearance to any and all
equipment owned or leased to your function.
Kenosha Country Club does not allow any concealed weapons, including guns,
on Club property at anytime.
